Psychological Safety at Work - Nov 3rd at 17:00 - Open to ALL SAV members
The Women’s Actuarial Network is pleased to invite all SAV members to a webinar on a topic that impacts many but is seldom discussed: Psychological Safety at Work.
Webinar Highlights:
This inspirational talk introduces the concept of psychological safety and its direct impact on team performance, learning, and inclusion. In highly specialized fields like actuarial science, the "silent currency" of what people feel, but don't say, can be a major blocker to innovation. Laurence will share practical actions and reflection prompts to help participants create more open, respectful communication cultures where speaking up is encouraged and valued.
Facilitator:
Laurence Kozera is an expert in leadership, communication, and psychological safety with over 15 years of international business experience. As the Founder and Partner of Open Conversation, she supports organizations in building high-performing cultures through trust and constructive conflict resolution. You can learn more about her work at https://www.openconversation.ch/ or connect with her on LinkedIn.
