WHAT IS THE SAV MENTORING PROGRAM?

Essential in professional and personal development

The SAA Mentoring Program plays an essential role in promoting the professional progress and personal development of young actuaries. By bringing less experienced professionals together with accomplished industry experts, it creates a space for the exchange of knowledge and insights that reach far beyond the everyday. This program not only provides support for professional challenges, but also offers guidance in achieving individual career goals. It also fosters the creation of a sustainable network that deepens professional dialog and opens up new opportunities for collaboration and innovation within the actuarial industry.
