The SAV Women's Actuarial Network is pleased to invite the women of the SAV to an empowering interactive workshop:

Navigating Conflict with Confidence with Laurence Kozera

In an era of rapid technological shift and organizational change, the ability to navigate disagreement is a critical asset. This workshop provides a safe space for women in technical roles to strengthen their voices. Using the SCARF (status, certainty, autonomy, relatedness, and fairness) model and Non-Violent Communication (NVC), participants will learn to manage emotional triggers and express boundaries with precision. The session focuses on how you can maintain influence and clarity during periods of uncertainty, featuring realistic roleplays and guided reflections designed to be applied immediately in the workplace.

Laurence Kozera is an expert in leadership, communication, and psychological safety with over 15 years of international business experience.
