The Women’s Actuarial Network is pleased to invite all SAV members to a webinar on a topic that impacts many, but is seldom discussed: menopause in the workplace.

• We are honored to have Dr. Isabelle Zinn, Professor of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the Berner Fachhochschule (BFH), lead our session
• Her pioneering research, “Health & Ageing at Work”, explores menopause—a largely overlooked aspect of gendered aging—in Switzerland’s workforce
• Her findings are uncovering how menopause affects career trajectories, workplace discrimination risks, and organizational cost, while promoting practical measures
